Montana ABLE Data
The Data Quality Initiative serves as a way to consistently manage and monitor data across Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) programs; as programs work simultaneously on strategic action plans, our adult education system will be strengthened.
Additionally, initiative materials will provide data teams the resources they need to become reflective practitioners and engage in job-embedded professional development. According to the National Commission on Teaching (June 2010), effective learning teams raise achievement; teachers who collaborate hold themselves to a higher standard.
Over the course of the Initiative, the following outcomes are anticipated: improved student and program performance.
