1. Reserve your room at the Boothill Inn TODAY.  Ask for the MAACE block of rooms for the MEA Conference.  (1-866-266-8445 Toll Free)  Rooms will be difficult to find at the last minute.

  2. Email Suzette,, if you need a copy of the MEA Conference book with registration information TODAY!  Please include your name, address, phone number, and number of MEA Registration books needed for the site.

  3. Mail your MEA Registration form and payment ($25.00) to the MEA office or register online at  Click on the second choice:  Click here to register for the 2006 Educators' Conference.

  4. Mail your MAACE Membership Form with appropriate dues to Deborah Richardson.  This form is in your September newsletter and in the MEA Conference book. Or, fill out this online form:  Latest 2-page conference.doc

  5. Complete your Business Meeting Dinner Reservation Form found in the September Newsletter or at this address:  Registration Form for Conference Meals (2).doc

Be sure to indicate how many guests will be eating dinner. 

Order a boxed lunch for Thursday on this form if you do not want to leave the conference site. A caterer will deliver your boxed lunch to our hospitality room between 11:00 and noon on Thursday. 

Calculate the total for your dinner reservations and boxed lunches.  Mail your check for the appropriate amount and your Business Meeting Dinner Reservation Form to Deborah Richardson by October 6th. To accommodate our caterers, Lunches and Dinner Reservations MUST be pre-ordered and pre-paid.
