Correctional Education Association
The CEA is a membership association of education professionals working in a wide range of correctional settings.  CEA can assist adult literacy practitioners through legislative advocacy, professional development activities, publications, and networking services.

ERIC Clearinghouse on Adult, Career, and Vocational Education
ERIC, a national education information network, is part of the National Library of Education, U.S. Department of Education.  The goal of ERIC is to identify, select, process, and disseminate information in education.

European Prison Education Association
The European Prison Education Association is a body of teachers, trainers, librarians , administrators, managers, and other professionals who work in prisons or whose work is concerned with prisons. Their interests lie in promoting and developing education and related activities in prisons throughout Europe in accordance with the recommendations of the Council of Europe.
